monthly newsletters.
What do you need to do?
- Give us all the event details with photo's artwork and sponsor details.
- Place on all printed media reference to online entries at www.gardenroute.co.za.
- Supply race information +- 3 months before the event
How does it work?
- Once the website and online form have been created persons wishing to
utilize the online system may go to www.gardenroute.co.za and click on
the event, this will take them to your page from where they can see the
event details and then go to the secure online registration form.
Once the form has been filled and the credit card transaction has been completed
their details will be added to the database of entries.
What does it cost?
- No charge for website and registration form set up but 10% will be added as
an online entry fee.
Payment
- Payment will made fortnightly on Fridays 2 weeks following the last
transaction.
- On small events with few transactions this payment cycle will be monthly
and not two weekly.
